Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX CDMA Cell Phone
The 4.3-inch smartphone will run on the Android 2.3.5 or Gingerbread OS and will be powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex A9 processor with 1GB of RAM. The phone sports an 8 megapixel, 3264x2448 pixels unit autofocus, LED flash rear camera with 1080p video capture capabilities. The phone also has a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera for video chatting.
RAZR Maxx has a 4.3-inch qHD 960 x 540 Super AMOLED Advanced display with Dupont KEVLAR fiber, a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass and water-repellent nanoparticles. Samsung Galaxy S3 is rumored to sport a 4.6-inch HD 1280 x 720 pixels Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touch-screen with 319 ppi density.
Droid RAZR Maxx runs on the Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, with an upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich around the corner. Galaxy S3 is expected to come with the Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
Droid RAZR Maxx sports a dual-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, Texas Instruments OMAP 4430 chipset, PowerVR SGX540 GPU with 1GB RAM. The new Galaxy S3 is rumored to feature a quad-core, Exynos 4212/ Exyos 5250, 2GHz/ 1.8GHz processor with 2GB RAM.
Droid RAZR Maxx sports a rear-facing 8 megapixel camera with 1080p HD video capture capability. RAZR Maxx has a 1.3 megapixel camera in the front for video calling. On the other hand, Galaxy S3 is rumored to feature a 12 megapixel 4000x3000 pixels, LED flash camera with 1080p video capture and an additional 2 megapixel front-facing camera for video chats.
