The Sony CK15 Txt Pro was released in the month of July in 2011. The device was released as a low segment device by the company to appeal to a large number of audience. The phone is available in black, white, pink color. The phone has a sliding QWERTY keyboard for an easier typing experience.

The unlocked cellphone was released with a Java-oriented operating system.The device is backed up by a PNX-4910 processor. The memory of the Sony CK15 Txt Pro can be expanded up to 32 GB via the use of an external SD card for storing media, such as music, video etc. The unlocked cellphone has an internal storage of 100 MB for storing data, and consists of 64 MB of RAM for running applications. The phone is capable of storing call records and supports phonebook. The phone is operated by a Li-ion 1000 mAh battery for prolonged battery life, and offers standby time of 400 hours. The device contains a 3.5 mm headphone jack to plug in headphones.

There is no secondary front-facing camera available in the unlocked cellphone for clicking selfies and recording videos.
