The Sony Xperia U was released in 2012 in the month of May. This Xperia smartphone comes with amazing specifications  and that too in a low budget  The phone seems to be very attractive and the fact that is sold as an unlocked cell phone.

The Sony Xperia U is powered by CPU is Dual-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A9 and GPU is Mali-400. It has comes with 512MB of RAM. The phone packs  8GB of internal storage cannot be expanded. The Sony Xperia U runs Android OS version, Android OS, v2.3 Gingerbread and further it will be upgrade in to higher version v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich whenever is availabe and is powered by a 1320mAh removable battery. The Sony Xperia U is a single Mini sim in this smartphone .
