The storage is upgradeable up to 128 GB via the use of an external SD card for installing additional media, such as video or audio. The Motorola Moto X Play features a 21 MP rear camera, capable of clicking photographs of resolution of 5248 x 3936 pixels. The camera of the device is good, and is able to capture fine amount of details. It can also record videos of 1080p at 30 fps. There is a secondary 5 MP front-facing camera available in the device for clicking selfies and recording videos.
