I was impressed by the timeliness of my order My telephones worked perfectly but had a problem with one of the wall charging units I contacted Cellhut by email and notified them of the problem I did not receive a reply but did receive a replacement for the non-working charger within a week The only suggestion would be to notify the parties and let them know that you received the problem notification and are working on it Outside of this which really is not a complaint, but a suggestion I have been extremely pleased with the entire experience

Hi, I am a regular customer of Cellhut and recently bought 8 unlocked phones for my relatives and friends in India Today I called to find out one of the cell phones has some problem with battery where even after charging, it still does not work The Phone is Samsung T559 Comeback Unlocked Quadband GSM CELL PHONE I never had problems with other phones I bought and even in this order so far 5 of the 8 phones have been opened and charged for use and only this one has issues Please suggest I have been trying to call for the last couple of hours but was put on hold for a very very long time Thanks, Mirza Baig
