Samsung again offer Dual SIM phone but in more affordable price, the Samsung C5212.Measure at 112.7 x 48.6 x 14.3 mm and the weight of 110g, the classical candy-bar form factor device is obviously is not a small handset but the design is relatively compact. With the rounded edge design, its feels quite comfortable in palm. The Samsung C5212 has a nice 2.2″ TFT display of 176 x 220 pixel resolution. Have to say the quality of the display is quite good in the low-end range. The keypad in this handset is just fine but the size is large quite good in texting. Note that the handset has only one proprietary Samsung universal connectivity port, which is lies on the left side of the phone.
Note that there are priority in inserting the SIM card into the SIM card slot. The user choose which SIM to be inserted to master (default) or slave crad slot. When you insert one or two SIM cards in Samsung C5212 Duos for the first time, you need to assign them names and prioritize them to get started. In some features such as start a web browser user will be prompted to choose which SIM is to be used. However, user still can set to one default card and user will stop seeing the “Select activating SIM” menu. There is also one new feature for the Dual SIM function where user can assign a graphical icon to each SIM card. It is not compulsory but very useful to handy extra identification of your SIM cards.
The Samsung C5212 is come with a low end 1.3 MP camera. It has a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels and can do video recording. Noting much to say about it, since the handset is in low-end range. It is better than nothing.
