I'e had my H500 for one month. It works well with the Motorola E815. I can walk all around the house and still have crystal clear reception, even if the phone is upstairs and I am downstairs.

Great Battery life 9hrs. No vibrate. Poor ear loop does not hold speaker close enough to ear.
