LG Optimus 4G LTE (Unlocked Quadband) GSM Android Smartphone
LG Optimus LTE 2 unlocked cellphone was launched as a flagship device by LG. The company levelled up the specifications to dethrone Sony from its title of the android smartphone king manufacturers. The phone supports high-end specifications and costs high accordingly.
Camera and Display
The phone rocks a 4.7-inch True HD IPS 1280x720 HD panel. The resolution provides the phone a pixel inch density of 312, making it a crisp display and a sharp one. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protects the display of phone that offers resistance against scratches.
LG Optimus LTE 2 offers an 8MP Sony made camera that can record in 1080p resolution. The front facing camera installed is a 1.3MP shooter. Both the cameras perform outstandingly well. The rear camera can also detect face and smile of a person.
The phone rocks 2GB of RAM, and powered by two cores, each ticking up to 1.5GHz. The chipset installed is a Snapdragon S4, which also is optimized for battery life in accordance with performance. Running as a layer of Android 4.0 is LG UI v3.0. The phone does not lag or heat up and handles memory hogging applications very well.
The unlocked cellphone offers ease of access to swap sim cards. The phone is 4G enable, allowing one to browse at very high data speeds. The phone does not support GSM networks, as the phone is only limited to EVDO and CDMA networks. The phone was released in August 2012, being initially announced in May 2012.
