The unlocked LG HP199 (unlocked) triband gsm world phone is a candybar phone that meets the very basic needs of cell phone interaction. As an entry-level handset the phone performs admirably and doesn’t fall into the category of devices that are made cheaply and meant to be disposed of after use. The design of the phone is great and combines great specifications along with a determined style.
The support of MicroSD is a useful addition to the phone’s lineup of features and the 1.8-inch TFT display supports a resolution of 128x160 pixels and allows the user to view graphics in a very clear manner at 65k colors. As a tri-band gsm phone this device also incorporates a GPRS connection.
A VGA camera is included with the phone and enables the user to take photos. While the pictures won’t come out in the most detailed manner, it is still useful for taking last minute snaps.
Other features include a USB connection, anti-theft mobile tracker, alarms and Bluetooth.
