The device was released with the Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, and it is backed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 1.5 GHz Scorpion processor, while the Adreno 205 is powering the graphics. The HTC Titan comes with an internal storage of 16 GB for installing applications and 512 MB of RAM for running applications and multi-tasking between them. The memory is not expandable via the use of an external SD card. The phone is packed with a Li-ion 1600 mAh capacity battery for a prolonged battery life.

The HTC Titan features an 8 MP rear camera, capable of clicking photographs of resolution 3264 x 2448 pixels. The camera of the device is great, and it captures fine amount of details. It can also record videos of 720p. There is a secondary front-facing 1.3 MP camera available in the device capable of clicking selfies and video chatting
