| Love it!The fold down mic saves the battery life & you know when it's on or not.So lightweight. It fits on my ear and is so comfortable that I forget it's there. I returned a Plantronics 655 after 2 days. The gel ear piece in my ear was so uncomfortable after just a short time. I couldn't even tell if it was on or not. Bad design.
I use the voice name dial all the time. It connects right away. Sometimes the caller on the other end when I'm on the freeway says my words are breaking up but I can deal with that once in awhile.I also like that it uses the same battery charger as my Motorola 325i phone.I feel that the negative coments are because people that buy these on eBay for $29.00 are getting "fakes". If the price is too good to be true, it is probably a fake. You get what you pay for by going to a reliable store to back it up if there is a problem. Go ahead...buy one |

| I love many features about this item but it doesn't hold a charge as long as it should. It seems that whether I've used it or not, it always needs a charge. There is no problem with it otherwise, it just doesn't have a life as long as others do. Otherwise it's. It fits well, is comfortable and the sound is wonderful. |

| Had it for a few weeks. Great features and simply to operate but the range is not great. Not sure it is because of the BB8700 or the headset itself. It also feels a little flimsy but no problems with it so far. |

| I had the hs850, love it but it would not stay on my ear. I traded it for the hs700, love this one more, this product is marvelous I recommend. |

| Have used H850 before and this headset is even better sound quality has improved, great form factor, build quality. Most important of all, the Motorola service is excellent. |

| I have tried 3 hs850's. I had problems with echoing with all of them. Now I own the h700 much better headset. Very clear audio most of all no echo. Excellent headset. I highly recommend. |

| This is a great headset. The functionality of being able to flip closed when not using is great. Using it with the Samsung Blade from Sprint. Works great! |
